Emily started
swimming for BISC when she was nine years old and still holds
a number of team age-group records. In 2002, while swimming
for BISC, she finished 9th in the 50 freestyle in the US Senior
National Swimming Championship and made her first Olympic Trials
qualifying time. That made her eligible to compete in the 2004 US
Olympic Trials, where she finished 15th in the 50-meter
freestyle.

Voted team MVP as a

in the history of Washington State High School athletics. She was
the first swimmer in state high school history to win two
individual events four straight years at the state championship
meet.
We hope you can
join us in welcoming Emily back to Bainbridge and sharing her
swimming stories.
